Oooh, I read Tin Man by Sarah Winman this year and that’s an excellent book with two male and one female protagonist (recommended to me on Book Chat, the podcast by Pandora Sykes and Bobby Palmer). Home Fire by Kamila Shamsie also came to mind.
From this list, I’d say Last Resort or Great Circle! Everyone must read Great Circle!
